Government of New Brunswick

Overview

The Land Registry provides security of tenure by facilitating land-based transactions and maintaining records to New Brunswickers’ rights, restrictions and obligations in land. The Land Registry Unit maintains a registry of legal plans and documents such as deeds, mortgages and survey plans relating to the ownership of real property. Land Registry Records date back to 1784 and are available online for public consultation (an access fee is applicable).
